How can I upgrade or downgrade my Event?

Event upgrades and downgrades can be made by emailing our support team at Please include what event you are registered for and what event you would like to go into. If you are upgrading we require the CVC of the credit card used during registration to process the price rise.

Upgrades/dowgrades can be done up until Sunday September 27th. 

Please note: You will not be able to downgrade/upgrade to a sold out event if you registered after the date of that particular event selling out.
