Withdrawal requests made before Friday 26th September * will receive a refund minus the admin fee as shown below.
If you did not purchase bib postage, your refund will be processed automatically.
*If you did purchase bib postage, the standard withdrawal period - during which you are eligible for a refund on your race entry and bib postage (minus a cancellation fee) - ends on Thursday 31 July 2025.
From Friday 1 August onwards, race bib data is finalised and sent to our manufacturer. As a result, your bib may already be produced and dispatched. If you wish to cancel your registration after this date, you may still be eligible for a refund on your race entry fee only (minus the cancellation fee and excluding bib postage) - provided you return your bib to the following address:

Refunds will only be processed once your bib has been received by our customer service team. Bibs must be returned no later than Friday 26 September 2025 to be eligible.
Please note: No refunds will be issued after 26 September under any circumstances.
