How can I track my pre-ordered merchandise?

Pre-ordered merchandise is arriving at our warehouse and will be dispatched end of June / Start of July.

How long does shipping take?

All orders are shipped with Australia Post and should arrive to you within 4-6 business days after it has left our warehouse

Is there international shipping?

We do not offer postage outside of Australia. If you are located outside of Australia, there will be a range of merchandise at the event, including some of the items available online plus additional exclusive items.

Can I get a refund on my merchandise order?

As stated clearly on our merchandise landing page, each product in this range is exclusive and produced in drops, rather than an ongoing product assortment, there are no refunds or exchanges available for change of mind.
