How long does shipping take?

All orders are shipped with Australia Post and should arrive to you within 4-6 business days after it has left our warehouse

Is there international shipping?

We do not offer postage outside of Australia. If you are located outside of Australia, there will be a range of merchandise at the event, including some of the items available online plus additional exclusive items.

Can I get a refund on my merchandise order?

As stated on our merchandise landing page, there are no refunds or exchanges available for change of mind. If you want to get in touch regarding your order or if you are unsatisfied please reach out to our team.

I have purchased bib postage / personalised bib or a MiTime twice by mistake, can I get one of them refunded?

If you accidentally purchase an add-on twice in error, let us know and we can refund one of them for you. 

Do I get a Finisher Tee?

Only runners that successfully complete the Full Nike Melbourne Marathon receive a finisher tee.
